Motivated to succeed on a paper, research project, application or personal writing project? If you’re lost or stuck, the 写作中心 provides free help to students with one-on-one tutoring. 在写作中心，我们:

Help with Transfer Essays 和 Personal Statements

写作中心 is happy to assist with transfer essays 和 other personal statements for admissions, 奖学金, 奖项和比赛. 公众人士, 以及在AACC注册的学生, are welcome to use our 按需放大 和 in-person services. Begin the process of writing an effective transfer essay or personal statement by watching this 教学视频.

何时到来

As often as you wish, but at least one full day before an assignment is due. This gives you time to make the suggested revisions. Be sure to check the hours of our services first.

Know the items 和 information you will need to have a successful visit:

  • A typed, double-spaced draft of your paper (if you are at that stage of the writing process)
  • A pen or pencil for making corrections on your draft
